On July 28, 2021, the second session of the Anhui Glass Industry Association, jointly organized by the Anhui Glass Industry Association and the Hefei Glass Chamber of Commerce, was held at the Shangri La Hotel in Hefei, Anhui Province.
Nearly 300 representatives from enterprises in the glass deep processing industry in Anhui Province, well-known domestic experts, and outstanding equipment and material suppliers in China attended the conference. Among them, Luoyang Gangxin Glass Technology Co., Ltd., as the second executive director unit of the Anhui Glass Industry Association and the naming unit of the conference dinner, attended the meeting with General Manager Hao Xiaogang and Deputy General Manager Yuan Jingtao.

The Anhui Glass Industry Association was established on July 8, 2010, and has been guiding industry self-discipline, regulating the order of the glass market, and promoting the healthy and orderly development of the industry, which has been recognized by relevant departments.
At the meeting, the second leadership team of the association was elected through a show of hands vote. Among them, Qi Hongguang was elected as the second president of Anhui Glass Industry Association, Zhou Yun was elected as the second secretary general of Anhui Glass Industry Association, Li Changshen was elected as the second supervisor of Anhui Glass Industry Association, Wang Yongguang was elected as the second executive president of Anhui Glass Industry Association, and Li Cheng, Chen Wei, Su Bin, Huang Yaowen, Zhang Taosheng, Wang Dejiang, and Lan Jie were elected as the second executive vice president of Anhui Glass Industry Association.
The Glass Deep Processing Innovation Forum (Hefei) Summit held at the same time as the new conference invited experts from different fields in the glass industry chain to give keynote speeches.
Hao Xiaogang, General Manager of Gangxin Glass, also discussed the future development of Gangxin's tempering furnace with the theme of thinking and innovation.
At the meeting, Mr. Hao took the lead in raising four major thinking questions to the attending guests, and then answered them one by one. Mr. Hao pointed out that the production and operation status that company operators most want to know includes daily production capacity, energy consumption, equipment turnover rate, product quality status, personnel recruitment status, personnel stability, etc. Faced with the increasingly difficult situation of talent recruitment, enterprises need to consider how to reduce their dependence on professional and skilled talents, how to retain existing talents, and how to reduce the use of people.
Faced with these issues, Mr. Hao stated that equipment suppliers can develop more intelligent equipment, provide effective production reports, replace simple repetitive work with machines, reduce labor intensity, and enable personnel to develop to a higher level. Thus, it helps deep processing enterprises to have a clearer understanding of their own business operations, making it easier to analyze the company's strengths and weaknesses based on data, in order to optimize management in the later stage, and at the same time, it can also make it easier to recruit and retain personnel, reducing the constraints of employees on the enterprise.

During the summit, a leadership medal ceremony was also held. Luoyang Gangxin Glass Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the "Honest Supplier" plaque and the executive director unit plaque, which were received by Yuan Jingtao, Deputy General Manager of Gangxin, as a representative of the enterprise.
