 The lead screws and nut at the four corners of the furnace have fallen off

 The lead screw bevel gear and the lifting bevel gear are disengaged. The distance between the upper and lower furnace bodies is adjusted separately, and the four corners are adjusted to be consistent

3.When tempering thick glass, if the furnace temperature is too high, the temperature difference between the surface and the center will be too large

4.Tempered glass is tempered for second time

1. Carefully inspect the quality of the glass before it enters the furnace to prevent substandard glass from entering

The front and back ends of the glass bend upwards

1. When the glass enters the cooling section, the temperature at the top surfacr is higher than that at the bottom.

2.In the cooling section, the cooling rate of the upper surface of the glass is slower than that of the lower surface.

1. Increase the temperature at the bottom appropriately (or lower the temperature at the top).

2.Reduce (or increase) the distance between the upper (lower) air grille and the glass surface; Or reduce (increase) the blowing pressure at the lower (upper) part, which can be solved by adjusting the air grille or air door

The middle of the glass protrudes upwards

1.When the glass enters the cooling section, the temperature at the bottom is higher than that at the top.

2.The cooling rate above the cooling section is faster than that below.

1.Appropriately increase the upper temperature (or lower the lower temperature)

2.To increase (decrease) the distance between the upper (lower) air grille and the glass, or to reduce (increase) the blowing pressure at the upper (lower) part, the problem can be solved by adjusting the air grille or the air door.

2. Please adjust radian and check the rebounding quantity.

In a word, the quality of product is determined by many factors. It's inevitable that the way of roller forming has certain straight edge existing. We can decrease phenomenon of straight edge but can’t clear up absolutely through adjusting equipment and technology. If you want to produce high quality bending tempering product, you should be familiar with property of equipment, master the effect, use and adjusting method of various system parameters and sum up the experience by practice to give full play to the use performance of equipment, only so, we can produce good quality of bending tempering products.
