From November 12th to 16th, 2022, Luoyang Gangxin dispatched a team composed of representatives from the Foreign Trade and After-Sales Departments to participate in the Eurasia Glass Expo 2022 in Turkey.

As the most important glass industry trade fair in the Eurasian region, the Istanbul Glass Expo in Turkey offers glass machinery and equipment that are crucial to the supply and service of the glass industry, bringing together local and international companies operating in various branches of the European glass industry.

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and a global economic downturn, Eurasia Glass 2022 has provided confidence to the glass industry chain in Eurasia. Despite the impact of pandemic control measures, Eurasia Glass Expo has returned with a vengeance after a three-year hiatus. Gangxin Glass cherishes the opportunity to connect with old friends face-to-face, provide services to Turkish customers, discuss the latest products and development trends in glass machinery, and express great anticipation for the future of the Eurasian market.

After the exhibition, representatives from the Foreign Trade Department visited new and existing customers in Turkey. Meanwhile, representatives from the After-Sales Department provided installation and after-sales service.

Guo Chengbo from the After-Sales Department often worked overtime until 10 p.m., racing against time to meet deadlines. He completed installation and commissioning ahead of schedule, enabling a customer to start production smoothly. He installed a new GX-QDLP2860-FT machine, and the customer praised Gangxin's speed and Guo's hard work.

Li Yi from the After-Sales Department provided after-sales service at customer factories during the day and shuttled between customer factories in different cities by bus at night. He maintained and serviced nine pieces of equipment in 25 days, earning high praise from customers for his exceptional skills.
