Product Description
The GX-G Standard (Forced Convection) Flat Glass Tempering Furnace is built for consistent, high-quality tempering of flat glass with strong mechanical performance and clean optical results. By combining forced convection hot-air heating with stable temperature control and a precision air-quenching section, you get repeatable results across different glass types and thicknesses.
This standard series is a practical choice when you need dependable daily production, energy-conscious operation, and flexible application coverage—especially for architectural glass, shower and furniture glass, appliance panels, transportation glass, and industrial safety glazing. It also supports Low-E processing requirements that demand more uniform top-surface heating.

· Forced convection heating for better uniformity: hot air actively transfers heat to the glass surface, helping reduce top/bottom temperature deviation—especially helpful for coated glass (Low-E) where pure radiation heating can be less even.
· Improved Low-E capability (single / double / triple silver): convection heating supports more stable heating uniformity for coated glass types used in energy-saving buildings.
· High efficiency & energy saving: industry data often reports faster heating cycles and potential energy reduction versus radiation-only designs, helping you control long-term cost per m².
· Good flatness and lighter “wind marks”: stable heating + controlled quenching helps reduce optical distortion risks and improves imaging quality for architectural façades and appliance panels.
· Stable electrical & mechanical design: practical layout, smooth transmission, and easy-to-understand operation logic—built for factories that value repeatability and quick operator training.
· Wide application coverage: product line 01 GX-G standard (forced convection) flat glass tempering furnace is suitable for architectural, furniture, decorative, shower, transportation, lighting, and industrial instrument glass.

Technical Parameters
Notes: Productivity is calculated based on 80% loading rate of 5mm clear glass in radiation furnace.
The line includes loading & infeed conveying, a heating chamber (radiation + forced convection), roller-hearth transmission, and a quenching/cooling section with air knives and blowers.
· Loading & infeed conveyor: supports stable feeding for different lite sizes and production rhythm.
· Heating chamber (radiation + forced convection): convection airflow improves temperature uniformity; heating curves can be managed for different thickness and glass types.
· Roller hearth transmission: steady conveying to protect surface quality and reduce handling risk.
· Quenching / cooling section (air knives + blowers): adjustable air pressure and distribution to match your target temper level and optical requirement.
· Control system (PLC + recipes): A PLC control system with recipe management supports multi-product factories where architectural glass, shower glass, and appliance panels share one furnace.
· Optional integrations: Optional integrations can support automation for loading/unloading and coordination with online printing lines.
Product Line 01 GX-G Standard (Forced Convection) Flat Glass Tempering Furnace heats glass close to the tempering range and then quenches it rapidly with high-pressure air. Rapid surface cooling “locks in” surface compression while the core cools more slowly, creating the stress profile associated with tempered safety glass.
In practical operation, cooling rate control is the main lever: a faster quench raises temper level, while a gentler quench can produce heat-strengthened glass. This is why stable blower performance and controllable air distribution matter as much as the heater section.

Q1: Can this furnace temper Low-E glass?
Yes—forced convection heating is specifically valued for improving heating uniformity on coated glass.
Q2: What drives tempered glass strength most—heating or cooling?
Both matter, but the cooling rate (quench) is the main factor that sets temper level.
Q3: Are the models fixed or customizable?
The table shows standard model ranges; configuration can be adjusted around your glass sizes, target output, and plant layout.
Q4: What support do you get after delivery?
You get installation/debug guidance, fast-response service, and long-term technical support for stable production.
